Falling in love with Lander while on a two week rock climbing trip in 1994, Trey Warren decided to call this little piece of paradise home. Planting roots and investing in the community has been important to him ever since. Trey has been designing, building, buying and selling real estate for almost three decades in the Lander Valley as the past owner of Whimpy Wolf Builders Inc and Householder Properties. While Trey is pursuing new projects, he remains an integral part of the Householder team.
